Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Delivery of demand (sales) and supply plan for all service lines - consultations, labs, medicines
  2. Demand planning: Interface with business unit leaders, sales & AM, and marketing teams to understand & future demand. Develop, implement, and maintain a robust demand forecasting model 
  3. Supply (provider) planning: Identify delivery requirements (doctor hours, no. of lab provider slots, no. of technicians) in line with the demand forecasts
  4. Operations Planning: Manpower planning for all internal teams including order confirmation, order tracking and order fulfilment. This would require close coordination with stakeholders to understand productivity 
  5. Long Term Delivery Planning: Convert long-term forecasts into resource/asset  requirements in the long-term, e.g., assets for automation of manual tasks, building in-house delivery capabilities, structural talent-related interventions
  6. New Initiatives: Drive new initiatives for improving customer experience and drive top and bottom line across service lines
  7. Build in depth understanding of the E2E customer journey from order booking to fulfilment, and make sure planning addresses all aspects of the supply chain. Identify and pre-empt potential issues. 
  8. Customer Experience: Ensure high-quality delivery at speed and deliver on the NPS metric for the supply chain. This would require understanding all levers that impact NPS and making the right planning constructs to drive superlative experience.
  9. Facilitate key decision making by engaging multi platform leadership to drive end to end plans and execution by partnership 
  10. Monitor Key Planning metrics like sales loss, cost of under-utilisation, Forecast accuracy etc. Research issues on an ongoing basis to define risks and opportunities. Raise concerns during weekly check-ins to course correct existing plans.
  11. Work with Tech and Product team to design reports and processes that lead to simplification of business planning
