1) Marketing, sales and business development:
Identifying of new prospects and converting them into customers, catering to the existing customers and their requirements, lead generation and fulfilment.
Independently participating in Technical & Commercial Discussions with builders to generate and close the final sales.
2) Pre order and post order activities:
Handling of technical specifications and queries given by customers and translating the same into machine requirements and finally to combine the technical requirements with commercial feasibility to provide techno- commercial offers.
Coordinating for payments and installation of the elevators with the installation team and the customers.
3) Commercial activities:
Timely collection of dues and keeping the accounts receivables at the minimum, not allowing invoices to go into provisions and thereby maintaining the accounts receivables in a healthy condition.
Generating & tracking new inquiry to generate new business portfolio for long terms business
Negotiation & finalization of order
Handling & supporting team to Execute the work at site from order finalization to handover
Collection of o/s or advances
Meeting With Builders, Contractors, & Architects.
Month by Month sales Revenue Tracking.
Seek and win profitable business contracts in the designated territory
Preparing & Maintaining MIS on daily/weekly/monthly basis
Supporting & Co-ordinating colleagues & co-colleagues to fulfil the customer needs & demand on time
Adhering companys guidelines & procedure to have ethical business with no error
Attending regular training & process modules to get update myself to match the company priorities
Having regular SIP (Sales Installation Process) on weekly & monthly basis with cross functional team to achieve companys & customers commitments
Getting review & updates with team on daily basis on current projects & future planning to give elevator to run on commitment
Co-ordinating with customer & PWD inspector to having lift license after completion of installation to operate it officially
Analyze market requirements, competition moves, new products and technology and provide inputs to product management
Motivating, developing and aligning team members to achieve targets and implement action plans
Arranging service excellence on monthly basis to give appreciation, who satisfied customer with out of the box service in line with company guideline
Arranging customer meet for existing & new customer at major cities of Gujarat to get regular feedback & expectations to improve services & product, if any.
Taking a pilot project, where company is lacking to give excellence in market to improve particular service area
Recruiting, managing, motivating and training direct as well as dealer sales force.
Managing relationship with key stakeholders like financers, channel partners
