Job Description

  • Develop & Execute an effective Strategy to acquire Govt / Semi Govt / Municipality / Public Sector funded schools This includes indepth understanding of local market to district block levels
  • Build strong government relationships (especially senior bureaucrats & ministry officials) and engagement strategies with District / Block level officers of the Education Ministry in the various states to get access to data & information on current running models in k12 schools.
  • Understanding of the State / central education , higher education departments is a MUST.
  • Should have the understanding of the central / local government machinery , the bureaucracy, the procedures & policies, authority matrices etc
  • Collaborate with the central domain expert / Finance managers to work out feasible PPP models based on Govt. Preferences, understand current models of operations, their current spends and come up with financially feasible PPP business models that will find favor with the government requirements and place our solutions in a preferential position with the government requirements
  • To study the market potential of the area and advance plan to execute to achieve planned targets in the education & skilling / Vocational Education sectors.
  • Ensure timely bidding, tenders are placed for govt. funded projects.
  • Build a channel of representatives / agencies who constantly liaise with the govt. agencies to acquire business and follow up to closure.
  • Attend fairs, seminars, conferences to ensure consistent inroads into the Govt. sector.
  • Constantly be on the lookout for govt school / Skilling / Vocational Education related projects across the country and apply for the projects.
  • Leverage CSR opportunities for alternate funding to enable pilots
