Job Description

Handling customer enquiries coming through various sources, explaining different projects and the pricing
Maintaining strong and regular follow up with customers to ensure a steady pipeline of qualifying leads each month
Ensuring that the Walk-in targets are met each month
Making Performance Reports and Analysis of Marketing Campaign as feedback to the marketing team to get good quality leads and hence increase the conversion ratio
Implemented and spearheaded process improvements like Follow Up automation and SAP changes for better report making
Training and being responsible for the new recruits and their performance
Coordinating with the Sales team for regular inventory updates
