Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, campus hiring, mass hiring, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
Manage the recruitment and selection process for on-roll & off-roll talent
Must be able to manage multiple stakeholders & meet their business expectations
Play key role in off-roll vendor management, develop performance matrix, evaluation process etc.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management in the project business
Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with organization requirement
Assists in training and performance management programs
Ensures employees are aware of organization policies & processes
Ensures all employment practices comply with relevant labour laws.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement & motivation of employees
Salary: INR 17,00,000 - 25,00,000 P.A.
