Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, campus hiring, mass hiring, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
Manage the recruitment and selection process for on-roll & off-roll talent
Must be able to manage multiple stakeholders & meet their business expectations
Play key role in off-roll vendor management, develop performance matrix, evaluation process etc.
Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with organization requirement
Ensures employees are aware of organization policies & processes
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement & motivation of employees.
Provide necessary support to HR Ops team to manage day-to-day HR operations and facilitating smooth implementation of systems, processes and policies to support business and handling special projects.
Ideate, develop and ensure implementation of employee engagement initiatives
