Job Title: Head Business Development Location: Gurgaon
Division: Head Office Experience: 13-16 Years
Reports to: Sr. VP Operations Level / Grade 8

Job purpose:

Responsible for shortlisting and finalizing potential location for new store opening with the aim of creating more sales for business.

Primary responsibilities:

Identifying, locating and proposing new potential sites by conducting extensive market survey and exploring new opportunities
Negotiation with vendors, finalize and ensure sites available for timely opening as per business plan
Preparing and presenting a detailed market survey PPT & MOU trigger to senior management
Ensure smooth handover to the projects team with complete civil work as per terms.
Provide CAD drawings and coordinate with vendor (landlord) to ensure execution of the project as per terms
Completing formalities and legal compliances as per terms including MOU, lease deed and power connection
Providing end-to-end support and coordination for new store opening. Keeping record of all statutory and legal documents
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Minimum Qualification : Graduation or diploma equivalent in the relevant field, preferably MBA in marketing

Key Skills and Attributes:

Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision, an organized and thorough approach to work
Strong leadership, organizational, self-management, negotiation, reporting and goal setting skills
Understanding and knowledge about marketing mapping and identification of potential locations on pan India basis
Ability to manage multiple projects and has had budget responsibility in business development profile
