Job Description

The Head Administration should have a strong experience in managing facilities, corporate real estate, projects, strategic planning, administration, negotiations and vendor management.
 
Should have expertise in determining company's mission and strategic direction as conveyed through the policies & corporate objectives; consistent track record of delivering results and building winning teams. 

Expertise in regulating all administrative activities like maintenance of office equipment, transport, housekeeping & maintenance of office and record keeping of office stationery including various formats.

The incumbent for the role would be responsible to manage complete Administration activities especially for the schools across India with a strong knowledge in Security Management.

Job Description: 

Managing the complete Admin operations for Schools and other business lines. Able to scale up multi locations and mange remotely.

Strong in operation efficiency and optimization. 

Should have the understanding of the central / local government machinery, the bureaucracy, the procedures & policies, authority matrices etc.

Facility Management & Administration professional with significant exposure in adding value proposition through an exemplary track record in Plan, direct, or coordinate one or more administrative services of large corporate house. 

Has complete exposure in Greenfield operations to Brown field corporate transitions.

Has expertise in heading Corporate Strategic role and accomplished in managing large teams of diverse locations.

Project Management for delivery of office fit-outs, re-farming of existing offices within budget, timelines and statutory compliance.

Tracking and timely communication on project updates.

Create and lead work force to deliver company objectives and expectations in cost effective manner.

To develop & maintain policies and procedures ensuring round the clock service delivery for multiple offices and remote locations.

Assessing and defining internal audits for employee health and safety.

Job Essentials:

Bachelors degree in business administration, management, or related field with 20 25 years of experience. 
Experience in related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred.
Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
