Job Description

Good drafting and legal negotiation skills.
To formulate effective strategy for handling various complex legal cases / issues with respect of business transactions.
Drafting and Vetting of various high value Contracts, Tender documents,
General Terms and Conditions (GCC & SCC) and various other documents, evaluating its legal impact, risk assessment in business,
Contract negotiations and necessary mitigation, since tendering stage unto final execution.
Drafting and vetting of various Commercial and business Agreements including JV / Consortium Agreement, MOUs for co-operation and tender participation, Sub-contract Agreement, Work order, Purchaser Order, Standard GTC, Supply Agreement, Purchase Agreement, Agency
Agreement, Infrastructure Sharing Agreement, Confidentiality
Agreement, property related documents, Lease Deeds, Franchise
Agreement, and agreements relating to ECB, Franchise, Joint Venture,
Foreign Collaboration.
Co-ordinating with concerned Business team and undertaking drafting of various legal notice, reply to various legal notices received by the organization.
Undertaking Effective claims management for various projects due to delay in execution of the project.
Effective litigation management in respect of Arbitration, Commercial,
Business. Attending, pursuing, filing & defending all Civil / Criminal litigations, Writs Petitions, pending before High Court, City Civil
Courts, Magistrate Court and various other Judicial and Quasi Judicial, Authorities which includes Filing fresh Civil Suits, Summary Suits,
Conducting legal awareness session, rendering training to business team.
Involve and providing in house legal support to various business SBUs drafting and vetting high value contracts, agreement, involved in risk assessment of tender documents under national and international bidding process.
Also fully involve in Claims management and handling various business and commercial litigations.
Formulate a risk assessment policy in consultations with management for effective Risk Assessment of various Tender
documents / contracts and suggest mitigation plan with following aspects :-
Country Risk / Political Risk.
Customer Risk.
Commercial / payment Risk.
Contractual Risk
Legal Jurisdiction Risk
