Timely Audit of Front Office and RE Cell Responsiveness
Set up and Lead the Contact Centre business and Lead Management System
Hiring and Training of Agents, Setup of Contact Center (Infrastructure and Technology)
Functional Responsibility of Developments and Implementation of LMS across Contact Center and Schools
Institutionalize the Inbound and Outbound Calling Process
Generate 50% Walkins out of 100% contacts received by Contact Centre
Spearhead Customer Loyalty Program
Design and Rollout the Customer Loyalty Program
Reward the Referring Parents & Welcome the New Admissions
Institutionalize the Birthday Emailer Greetings for Student & Parent
Knowledge Management Bank - One stop online platform of information for CC and RE Cells to handle Parent queries effectively
Initialize the department wide Training & Development needs
Share information and intelligence with Management and Principals through generating MIS and Reports
