We are currently hiring for the role of Cluster Principal with a leading Group of Schools based at Mumbai & Bangalore Location.

Job Role:
  • Achieve Financial Targets as per plan
  • Ensure achievement of Profit and Loss goals of the cluster
  • Meet the new net admission targets of the cluster thereby ensuring year on year growth.
  • Promoting supplementary activity like sports, tours etc as part of the financial target for the cluster.
  • Development of Principals: Orientation of New Principals on Joining and Hand Holding / Guiding of New Principals. Briefing about Overall Administration - Records to be maintained Department wise.Training on Routine Work - ERP Circulars, SPA, SRs, HR Mantra, Tally authorisation, Outstanding, Fee Follow up, Observation (with a check list ).Coaching / Mentoring the Principals on their Leadership and areas of improvements.
  • Talent Management: Identification, Developing and managing the talent. Training the talented staff through additional responsibility at the centre. Evaluating the efficiency of the staff to take further responsibility. Quarterly meeting to encourage and retain the identified staff. Spearhead the Engagement of employees.
  • Improvement of Board result: Overseeing the Centres in Planning Strategy for improving Board Result. Monitoring the effective implementation of three types of student classification and strategy for each group. Implementation of a planned revision programme. Monthly review of performance of students of the board classes.
  • Initiate parent engagement:Coordinate with Marketing Team in planning effective Parent Engagement Activities. Monitoring the Effectiveness of the Parent Engagement Activities and suggesting areas of improvement.
  • Review Academics (YP/AP): Random review of the Year Plan / Term Plans received from V QUEST. Review of AP every month, V QUEST Planning, QUEST visits to the centres for Guiding and monitoring effective implementation of Academics. Taking Feedback from QUEST regarding concerns if to be addressed on priority. Overseeing Academic Training Sessions by QUEST for Teachers / Coordinators as per requirement.
  • Audits:Audit of the Principals' delievrables and key performance indicators. Monitor/Drive departmental audits in different departments in the cluster. Monitoring the implementation of Safety and Security measures in Cluster Schools.
  • Cluster Operations:Coordinating with Cluster Managers of Different Departments for their feedback.
  • Empowering the Principals - Staff handling, Parent handling, Run through System, Daily timetable, Review of Departments, Planning of Budget, Admission Projection, Board Registration, Affiliation, Manpower planning, work load finalization and review, Manpower rationalization etc.
  • Suggesting Corrective actions to the Cluster Managers as required based on the feedback received.
  • Ensuring Uniformity is followed across the Schools with regard to implementation of policy of the Organization.
  • Adequate and effective utilization of the Resources within the Cluster
New Initiatives: Driving Cost Effective / Eco Friendly initiatives across centres in the cluster Suggesting the ways for Cost Cutting without compromising on Quality. Recommend Effective Resource Utilization Initiatives for schools in the cluster.

Please Note: We are looking for someone who have experience in handling more than one School.
