Strategic HR Management:

Analysed Business Industries, Market Trends, and Competitor and Customer requirements for derivation of business strategies and support to HR Facets.

Devised effective monitoring system for measuring the service level of HR Services as Recruitment, Employee Life Cycle Management, PMS applications - Talent Index, Retention Matrix, Succession Planning etc....

Worked as contributor / anchor of various strategic projects and strived to achieve the desired result.

Formulated short & long term HR and HR Developmental plans; developed and implemented strategies for screening and recruitment to combat high attrition rate and retain talent.

Co-ordinated with all functional verticals to monitor growth plans, reviewing on departmental functions, HR issues, growth, Employee developmental plans and periodic corrections for business needs.
