Job Description

Job purpose:

Responsible for heading the customer loyalty program for the organization. Driving customer acquisition, development, and retention by creating focused efforts to build and communicate compelling offerings for our customers.

Primary responsibilities:

Develop customer loyalty strategies using data analysis and review market space
Expertise in handling all CRM related functions including customer segmentation, Database creation & Management, Customer in sighting, Customer acquisition, Cross-Selling and Upselling, Customer satisfaction, & customer loyalty
Design and manage communications strategy focused on attracting, developing and retaining customers.
Work closely with marketing analysts to gauge return and profitability of rewards efforts and establish metrics to measure program success
Planning and executing end-to-end CRM process while ensuring benefits to existing customers to increase their brand loyalty
Manage the ongoing operations and fulfillment processes of the programs and marketing campaigns.
Analyzing customer buying behavior & program statics to measure results and implementing improvements to future strategies
Ensure maximum database collection of customers through various tools. Customer data mining & analytics to ensure repeat sales for the business
Handling activities related to events and promotions. Designing and executing customer feedback mechanism.
Formulating program strategy and planning for campaigns to increase customer brand loyalty and effectiveness of the program
Collaborating with various, cross-functional, internal and external groups to deliver meaningful results on time and on budget with limited direction


Minimum qualification MBA / PG diploma degree with marketing specialization, preferably from good B-school

Key Skills and Attributes :

Excellent interpersonal, analytical, numerical, leadership, vendor management and organizational skills
Advanced level knowledge of analytic tools.
Proven experience in developing customer retention strategies.
Preferred prior experience in handling CRM profile, customer analytics and loyalty program management
